Observed no thermometer to be available in the following units. There is a broken thermometer in the milk machine. Provide for an accurate, conspicuous thermometer, that is accurate within +/- 3°F, to be available in all units. 750.140 Immediate/Onsite
15  Observed the following improper non-food contact surfaces. There is a torn gasket on "C" cooler walk-in. 2. Torn gasket on hot box in front. Provide for all food contact surfaces to be smooth, easily cleanable, non-absorbant, corrosive resistant, and light colored. 750.690 Immediate/Onsite
